OUR EXECUTION
We approach every project with the highest priority level feasible for our clients. Each project is “personal” to us and part of our lifeline. We do not take our projects for granted and we treat each opportunity as a gift . . . . a gift that offers the ability to showcase our skillset and to provide for each of our team members and their families.
Once we have been provided with an opportunity to work on a project for a client, a meeting is scheduled between Management and the estimating department to strategize our approach to each particular project. We evaluate past projects in the vicinity or market, nuances of the particular client, we generate our pre-qualified vendor solicitation list (from past experience and projects), and we review particulars to the project such as brand, prototype style, specialty items, utility details, geotechnical reports, and other pertinent data to aid in our strategy session. We often coordinate a site visit for photo recon and field verification of key site or building components critical to our understanding of the project.
We then craft trade specific Scopes of Work to distribute to our world class vendor partners to aid in their estimate preparation and to ensure we capture all relevant and necessary project details. We do this to avoid omissions and to help expedite the receipt of subcontractor and/or supplier proposals. As we have developed long standing relationships with many of our clients, we have likely constructed or remodeled projects such as this in the past, we already understand the likely cost of each project (with exception to the site which varies per project), we are most interested in constructing our “team” with which we will partner to build the project. It is important to us, and to our clients, that we are utilizing and partnering with vendors that are familiar with the building on which we are working to gain efficiencies and improved quality.
We then incorporate skilled on site Supervision and in house Project Management personnel to prepare critical path schedules, coordinate owner vendors and owner furnished items to deliver a high quality, turnkey facility exceeding industry standard quality requirements within the preset, agreed upon timeline. We strive to be the best in each and every endeavor and we take great pride in delivering a high quality product with an on time delivery.
