Since 2001, our team has grown from a staff of three based in Cleveland, Ohio to a team of over 25 employees with headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. Our work continues to be focused in the commercial sector with primary focus being on restaurants, breweries, and retail build-outs. We have evolved from completing high end residential projects on a Design/Build basis to one of the best restaurant and retail builders in the country. SERVICES
GENERAL CONTRACTING
We contract with the client for stipulated sum construction services bid per plans and specifications provided by Owner or Owner’s design team.
DESIGN/BUILD
We contract with the client to develop a program for the facility needed, ultimately create and assemble the design team (using architects, engineers, geotechnical firms, etc.) to prepare preliminary drawings, construction documents, submit and procure all necessary governing agency approvals and then construct the building(s) in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared on behalf of the client. A complete “turnkey” solution to development needs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We contract with the owner to prepare a strategy to complete multi-location solutions (sometimes across multiple states) including staging centers, distribution, logistics, material procurement, labor, etc. for a turnkey solution to a multi-unit, multi-location remodel or renovation program.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We contract with the client to provide consulting services including drawing review, preliminary budgeting, construction oversight, budget oversight, etc. for clients who may be hiring multiple prime contractors (or subcontractors) or to be the Owner’s representative for construction services where D.A. Bentley Construction is not acting as General Contractor.
